I called recently needing a new primary care doctor. Maryann was great when I spoke to her on the phone, she got me in ASAP while working with my schedule. She was so informative, and this office seems so accommodating and friendly.
I moved back to Bryn Mawr 3 years ago to support my mother with Alzheimers… I developed a case of severe anxiety that hurt my ability to enjoy any and all parts of life.One day I walked into Dr Ho office in total heart failure. I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with this practice. It’s clear that Dr. Ho goes out of his way to make his patients comfortable. The front desk workers are great and the scheduler, Maryann, was very understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend considering Modern Family Medicine.
Dr Ho was fantastic during my first visit to his practice. The scheduler Maryann was also very kind and helpful fitting me in on my tight schedule. Dr. Hi made me feel very comfortable and actually listened to everything I had to say and gave me great advice on how to handle my current situation. Dr. Ho is a caring and compassionate physician. His demeanor alone can lower my blood pressure. I have been his patient for about 10 years and used to travel only 3 miles to see him and know I happily travel 15 miles. He spends whatever time is necessary to discuss my concerns and always returns my phone calls. I believe he truly cares about his patients. The staff is competent, patient, professional and very friendly.
