Communication through Practice Studio is completely confidential. If you have any concerns or wish to request lab/test results, you can do so through messaging us on there.
If you are a new patient and need to set up an account, please follow this step-by-step guide below.
- Once you’ve provided us with your e-mail, you will get a message there that will look like this:
2. In the e-mail, press the green button that says “Reset Password and Login“
3. It will then open a screen that looks like the following image. Type in the password that you would like to use to log-in to your account. Your log-in will then be the email that you provided us, and the password you just made.
4. After you make your log-in, it should automatically take you to the home screen of the portal. This is where you will be able to access the messages from Modern Family Medicine Main Line. If you have any new messages, you will see a number next to “Messages”, simply press view to read them.
5. If you want to contact us through the system, press the “Compose New” button. It will open a screen like the following picture where you can type your message to us. When you receive a response, you will be notified through your e-mail.
